My dog has just bitten a cane toad. What should I do?

Cane toads are very toxic and can be very damaging to your pet. The best thing to do is to immediately wash the dog’s mouth out with lots of water. Pointing the hose forward so as not to wash more toxin down the dog’s mouth (or drown it!) and contact us immediately. Our emergency number is 0407 391 543.
